Outstanding Technical Capability Including A Courteous and Professional Attitude

PC Booster Technical Agents were extremely knowledgeable and very patient with me. They took note of my system's condition and highly recommended a thorough examination to clean things up. I purchased their 1 year annual support option which was well worth the price.

My system was so messed up, but they explained each problem and what was needed to correct it. In just about all cases, Sam and Jennifer went beyound what I expected. Jennifer worked on my system most of the time and solved each problem she found. In one case, she had to uninstall a program because it was infected. I asked if she could replace it with a fresh copy. She did, but it was not the version she removed. I mentioned that to her and she took time to search for the version I requested. She and I found one and she checked it out to be sure it was safe and installed it. Her attitude throughout the entire time she worked on my system was to make sure I was satisfied.
