They didn't even bother to send me a confirmation email but the order money went quick enough, the website would auto refresh back to the bean bag page and would not let me see anything regarding delivery times, i stupidly assumed this was a trusty site like grpoupon....

AFTER POSTING THIS MESSAGE....
Infurn have stepped up and provided good customer service, however they only sent 1 beanbag instead of 2 and i still feel that if i hadn't mentioned that i had contacted the visa team nothing would be getting done...awaiting second beanbag though delivery of first was well within a week...
Look forward to hearing from them regarding the second bag.
