Were to start my internet went down last friday 17th Jan and it took till Wednesday 23rd Jan to get it back on. I had to chase chess making loads of phone calls to find out they have no customer services over a weekend which is ridiculous when its a business line. I was told my router was faulty although i knew it wasnt but I went out to get one just in case. When I eventually got through to someone who knew what they was doing it turned out to be a small prob that should of been sorted on the first phone call. Its the worst service and experience ive ever had as I can run my business without the internet. Im now stuck with a router thats none refundable that cost £30 let alone the business I lost and to top it off no one has heen in touch to apologise!! I changed my supplier from bt and wish I hadnt bothered I always believe buy cheap buy twiece!!!
