Just before Christmas, I had ordered tennis shoes for my son, who required new shoes in preparation for tournaments winter tournaments. During 2nd week of this month I had not received the package, and on enquiring I discovered that the pair of tennis shoes was delivered to an unknown address some distance away from my residential address, at done the week before. This is despite leaving a note for package to be left with my neigbours, in the event that nobody was at home. At first, it was unclear where the package had been delivered, as I was told it had been delivered to either of my neigbours. No note was left at my home to advise of the delivery. I requested for another pair to be sent to the correct address. This is dissapointing, because I had raised my son's expectation and meant that he continued wearing a worn-out pair of shoes. In addition, my details had been issued to a stranger, with no effort to correct the mistake. I have not received any reconpense for this silly mistake, even though I regularly order sports wear and equipment for my family of 5.
