Poor service and cut you off when on hold

I placed an order which was meant to arrive by 8.50 pm 40 minutes later restaurant had still not cooked food phoned their helpline and after 10. Minutes of being on hold twice got cut off without speaking to anyone and still no food

They entered into a contract when they took my order and money but could not fulfill I take this a thieft and will contact police and bank

Trust me this is very poor service and breaking uk laws

I will never use hungrey house again and will ensure that no one that I know will use them as well

Well I will still not be using you guys after getting a standard response to a complaint I feel the customer service you offer lacks in several places

Thank you for your feedback. We have confirmed with our partner restaurant that they have delivered your takeaway but admitted they made it quite late yesterday evening. We would like to apologise on their behalf as they had limited staffing and only had one driver available.

Please also accept our apologies as we were unable to respond to your call on our helpline last night. We know how incredibly frustrating this must have been for you. Please be assured that we are taking all the necessary steps to improve our systems and service levels.
