Terrible flowers, much of the flowers were dead very very disappointed especially considering the price

Using the site was fine, the flowers looked lovely and it was easy the use. However what was delivered was very disappointing, I really don't mind paying for lovely flowers but when some of the flowers are dead upon delivery it's not acceptable. The flowers did not resemble what was delivered. The flowers were sent as a nice gesture because the person receiving them was attending a funeral, very disappointed to see what was delivered
