Still waiting for a credit on my account?

Ref order number SW1009296

I ordered a swimsuit on 7 January. Whrn it arrived it was too big so I sent it back the day after receiving it requesting a size smaller. This was on 15 January and so far I have not received either a credit to my account or an email confirming that the order are ben received by the ordering company. I have a certificate of posting to prove that the order was returned.

Not sure what to do next??

We have responded to customer to inform them that unfortunately we experienced a major system break down both internally and on the web sites for approx. 2 days whilst the specialists fixed the problem. This has resulted in a huge back log of returns/exchanges which our team are currently working their way through. We do pride ourselves on our refunds/exchanges being actioned within approx. 48 hours and we would ask our customer's to bare with us as we play catch up. We are sincerely sorry for any inconvenience caused by the delays.
