I ordered from this company in December, thinking that the next working day delivery service would give plenty of time for this Christmas gift to arrive. After a week I phoned as I still hadn't received my order. I was told that the courier had attempted delivery on two occasions and left delivery cards at the property. I found this strange as someone was home during these times and no cards had been left.
After numerous (costly) phone calls to UK Sports Imports and the couriers I was told categorically that delivery had been attempted as they had a photograph of a door that was the same colour as mine (I have one of those extremely rare wood-coloured doors that everyone in my local area has..!)
Christmas came and went, my family member went without their gift, I never received my order.
I contacted the courier and advised them to send the product back to UK Sports Imports. UK Sports Imports told me they would charge me £17 to return the product that I never received. Eventually it was negotiated that they would attempt to deliver the item again and would notify me when this would happen.
One month on, I still haven't received the item and I still haven't got a refund. Oh and the courier company have admitted they never delivered my order because the driver couldn't find the property. But hey, they have a photo of a brown door!
I'm still battling to get my money back but my overall advice is don't bother parting with your money in the first place. A truly unacceptable shopping experience.
