Waste of space, time and energy!

Yodel cannot be serious when they call themselves couriers!

Lazy driver who didnt even leave a card to state where my delivery was needs a big kick up the a*se! Had to do my own detective work to find the parcel was delivered to a neighbour several houses down the road. How was I supposed to know this information, with no card?!

Called the customer service line only to be spoken to a complete douche who was rude and had no manners or empathy whatsoever. Seems like he actually didn't give a damn!

Makes no sense for a company to hire incompetent staff when there are so many people desperate for work who would do the job properly!
