Readily available and easily contactable staff dealt with pre-sales questions quickly. Wellworking were very proactive in contacting me when delivery was made impossible due to weather. Feel very confident in post-sale customer support, if I should ever need it.
Would be nice if they did more frequent deliveries to areas outside of London, but that's a very minor grumble. Delivery guy was very helpful, though. He set up and calibrated my new Aeron chair well.
