Are all these good reviews for real?

TopCashBack is horrible? You click through their site and chances are it won't track. Then you have to write customer service and they have to do their thing. Then they might post it a few months later.
Then again you have to wait many more months for it to go to the next step.
Let's just say it's not reliable that you will get your cash back. I have a few claims sitting in there now since Oct of last year. As soon as they go to payable, I'm never visiting that site ever again.

Horrible Horrible Horrible. Too much work and too too long to even chance actually getting your money back.

The vast majority of transactions track and are paid without issue. It sounds like you have a specific tracking issue as it would be highly unusual to lodge a large number of missing cashback claims.

We usually find that this is due to PC or browser settings. Can you make sure to clear your cookies and perhaps try a different web browser? If this doesn't help please email and we will be happy to help further.

Claims can take time to progress due to the number of administrative processes involved, but please don't feel like we aren't working on these. In general, a claim should be resolved within 12 weeks, but please feel free to get in touch if you would like an update.
