I ordered an item for my sister on the 10th December for Christmas. The next week I received a kaleidoscope catalogue with an invoice attached, as if this was the item I had ordered. I rang them and they told me it was a mistake that I had been sent the catalogue and that my order was still processing.
A few days later I received a txt message saying that my item had been delivered that afternoon through the letterbox. I had been in all day and the item would definitely not have fitted through the letterbox, so I rang them. They said that this again was a mistake and that my item would be with me by 21st December.
On 21st December the item had not arrived by 6pm so I again rang them. I was told the courier works until 8pm and that I would receive my item shortly. I did not.
Christmas came and went and I still hadn't received the item. I then received a letter saying following my enquiry they were able to tell me that my item should be with me by 21st February! I rang AGAIN and immediately cancelled the order and asked for a full refund.
The refund I received did not include postage so I again contacted them to say I was not happy with that, to which they told me they had no record of my address and was I sure that my address was correct. When I told them to check again they found me and said that they had not taken postage as it had not been shipped. However they did take postage and so I was left out of pocket, but as I had just started a new job I didn't have time to keep emailing back and forth to such an inadequate company for the sake of a few pounds.
Absolutely disgusted and will never use this company again.
