Very disappointed with quality of bouquet

Easy online process and swift delivery but when I saw the flowers they'd delivered to my wife I was really disappointed for the price. I paid an extra £10 for a 'large' version of the bouquet but I thought what turned up was small, dry and with a low proportion of flowers to leaves. I've complained directly to the site but no response yet. Certainly would not recommend these guys at this time but will update this review depending on response to my complaint
