Good to deal with

I purchased a bicycle helmet which after a couple of weeks hadn't arrived. The seller sent me out a replacement without any hassles at all. I expect good service and don't usually comment on it as it should be the norm. I judge a business by how they deal with problems and NP Autoparts scored 10 out of 10 for me with my transaction problem.

Thanks for your comments, we now use a tracked service on all parcels. this should help with lost in post orders. Glad to hear we scored well on our customer service.
