Our hot tub has been losing water all week but due to the bad weather and the fact it dark in a morning before we go to work and dark on a night when we get back have been unable to pinpoint where it was leaking from. I phone Hot Tub Barn yesterday and first spoke to a lady (I didn't catch her name) and she told me exactly where to look and what to do to try to find out where the leak was coming from. I asked my boss if I could nip home to check it out and as if by magic followed her instructions and found the leak straight away. I phoned back and spoke to a very nice gentleman called Trevor who said he could send me a replacement part in the post that I should receive next day. Brilliant, fantastic service and advice, not llike some companies that would say "We need to send an engineer out and it will cost you £xxxxx before you start. Well done Hot Tub Barn and all your staff!!
