I responded to an email offereing free delivery before Xmas. When I checked my email I had been charged for delivery. I contacted the company immediately and was told that it was my error and that they couldn't cancel the order becasue it had alredy been dispatched. It then too a week to arrive. Very dissatisfied with the overall experience.
