No driver despite pre-booking

Pre booked a car using resort hoppa from Barajas airport on the 18th January. Arrived on time, only to be told there was no driver available. The customer service was awful, they offered no help, alternative transport or a refund. This was despite us traveling with young children.

I have subsequently had no response to my emails with regards a refund, as was forced to get 2 taxis. I have contacted my credit card provider for a refund

I would not recommend this company. at all.
