I'm a little sad :(

I really wanted to like this company because they have such awesome products and stuff I couldn't find in the U.S., but its been almost a full week since my package was dispatched and there is no tracking information for it. I even tried e-mailing the company but still haven't gotten a response yet. The hats I ordered were going to be a gift for my friend's going away party, but because I have no idea where the package is or if it is even still coming, I don't know if I should wait it out or start looking for a new gift, which really makes me sad because this was going to be the best gift ever :/

Sorry to hear about this. I can see from our system that you ordered on the Saturday (when our office is closed) and we shipped on the Monday morning as normal. Your order is passed to USPS and is trackable via the number on your account, you can login to find this and it was emailed to you. Im not sure why it seems that we have not replied to you as usually our customer service team get back the same day so apologies for this.
