Taking the decision to realise the equity from the house was not easy but once I had contacted Age Partnership they talked me through the whole process making sure I understood everything from A to Z. I was consulted at every stage of the process and all concerned parties were in constant touch with me to explain what they were doing and why. We're sad and disappointed the process was necessary but all concerned treated us with respect and understanding.
