I ordered my photobook on the 4th January and for some reason it got lost in the post so I phoned up and Photoworld kindly offered to send me another one- this is excellent customer service! Some of my photos in the photobook are slightly pixelated and these were high quality images however we loved the range of different backgrounds, borders and cliparts which we could put in our book- a much greater choice than other photobook companies. The offline photobook creator service is great but it was slightly tricky to pay for the photobook at the end of the creative process. We love our Cewe photobook and would definitely use Photobook again!
