I ordered two dresses to Estonia. A week or more after I got some money back but there was no explanation in E-mail for what I got my money back. " Your credit request has been approved. A credit for the amount of £9.45 has been applied. " What does that mean???
So I waited and finally was happy to get my package. Opened and was dissapointed to find only one dress inside. Why do you sell dresses you don't have?? I was really waiting for this dress I didn't get.
Big company like yours should have better accounting, if people order dresses and you run out of them, YOU SURELY DON'T GIVE YOUR CUSTOMERS FALSE HOPE!.
On the positive side, the other dress was okay! Keeping it.
Don't know if I'm going to order something more.. Waiting for my dissapointment to fade..
