Far from "Your delivery, your call" YODEL consistently fail to deliver; their calling cards are distinctly unhelpful as is their website that does not list their depots. The opening times of the depot do not seem to account for the fact that people have day jobs and their lack of ability to give delivery windows is antiquated and inflexible. They require 24 hours to navigate their warehouse and when I turned up to the depot today after a week of trying to rearrange delivery (including taking a day off work only for the parcel not to have been loaded on the van) it appears that contrary to what I was told, they DO deliver on a Saturday and my parcel was no longer in the depot as I had arranged but on a van somewhere in London. Delivery companies ought to have excellent logistics, clearly YODEL failed to get that particular memo, perhaps they were delivering it?
