Great service

Ordered a bass guitar and unfortunately delivery was delayed by the bad weather. The guys at Gear4Music rearranged delivery to suit my needs no problem.
Unfortunately the courier was still unable to deliver and with a phone call or two to the helpful staff at Gear4Music they chased up the item and, when it appeared that the courier had lost it, Gear4Music arranged a replacement which arrived in less than 24 hours.
Everyone I spoke to was courteous and very helpful and they really put themselves out to satisfy my needs.
I would definitely buy from them again.
