Good experience until delivery. In appropriate wagon sent despite agreeing otherwise
Very professional service until delivery point. Everyone was aware that we have steep drive and because of this all delivery details were pre-agreed.
Despite this a different wagon was used for the delivery. This meant that I had to enlist the help of two builders (at my cost) spend more almost two hours sorting it out and also had to cut down most of our prize magnolia tree. Dissapointing

We apologise profusely for this.
I personally spent a lot of time speaking with the hauliers to ensure we could deliver your goods without any problems.
We specified a smaller vehicle to be used on your delivery, instructions which unfortunately the hauliers did not adhere to. We were unaware of this until you submitted the feedback so I would like to thank you for informing us of this. Rest assured I will be taking this up with the transport company.
Once again we apologise for the inconvenience and that you had to cut down your Magnolia tree.
