PLEASE SEE SIMILAR NEGATIVE FEEDBACK BELOW - when I tried to return two sets of taps value £150 unbeknown to me FIRST BATHROOMS sent through a returns label for their old address in Rochdale so i subsequently sent them there ( they had moved from their offices a number of weeks earlier so in effect they sent the wrong address label to me ). I have been trying to get a refund since August 2012. But the response i have received is it is the consumers duty to ensure they are returmned to the correct address and no refund will be made. The customer service is none existent and are just simply unhelpful. Please think twice about ordering from this company
