I've been a relatively regular customer of Heinnie Haynes for the past 2 and a half years or so. I've ordered buckets of things from them, and have had a few items give up the ghost (manufacturer's fault). I have literally never had either a bad or an average/acceptable experience. Time and time again Heinnie provide the best service out there. Items ordered have always turned up the next day without fail, they've never goofed an order despite my sometimes ordering a whole host of things at once, and both times when I had faulty products they sorted it at breakneck speed. They always reply to emails with haste, they provide excellent communications about order updates. They have ordered products in for me from outside the country without a problem or a substantial wait. They simply have every aspect of their service down to perfection. Due to my experience and that the team must be very committed and hard working, I will gladly pay that little bit more for products from Heinnie, even if I can find them a little cheaper elsewhere, because I know if something goes wrong I will not be left high and dry.
