Most of the items were very good quality. Sadly, one item was faulty and the colour ran badly in the first wash. Initially Linens Limited misunderstood and though I just didn't like the goods and was trying to return them for that reason. Once I escalated my complaint, the company arranged for a courier to collect them, and I received a refund for that element a week or two later.
Despite this experience, I would use Linens Limited again - I think the problem was a manufacturing fault, over which they had little control.
I have used Interparcel several times, but not for the last year or so. I am pleased to say that the service is still faultless and the price charged is extremely reasonable.
Most of my purchases have tracked OK, and the first two have now paid out.
One had not tracked and I have put in a claim, but I feel I am now "in limbo" as there has been no further communication about it and it still is not showing at all in my account.
