less cash than promised CARPHONE WAREHOUSE beware

i purchased a mobile phone from carphone warehouse on the 20/12/12 and the offer was £50 for all new contracts. it said that when it is tracking the amount would be lower which it was £35, but when the final amount was updated it still was £35 not the £50 that was stated in the offer which i have a print out of. i now have to use a complaint prosses to try and get what i was promised which is long and drawn out so you give up trying. beware of carphone warehouse you dont get what they promise
