TapsUK found that they did not have the item in stock once order was placed but arranged for immediate despatch (next day) of Leisure sink from their supplier. Unfortunately, they did not let their own despatch department know and when they got their stock in a second sink was delivered, which they had to recover once I told them. Overall, I found TapsUK were very good and their customer care people helpful.
The boiler hasn't been fitted but as it's the second Grant oil boiler I've installed, I do not expect any trouble. The last one was a 21kW Grant combi from BHL
The two lads who delivered it struggled to get it into the house but were not fazed and very enthusiastic to overcome the tight squeeze and lip of the PVC front door. They could not use the trolly on this hurdle.
