Excellent service except..........

I was really impressed with the lovely new door handles that I ordered from e-Hardware. Really good quality and at an amazing price. I was surprised at the speed that the goods were dispatched too. I think that the section on the order form which asks for any delivery instructions is pointless, as Parcel Force are not supposed to leave parcels without a signature. Fortunately I only had to travel a short distance to my local Post Office to collect my order. I have just ordered some more handles while the offer is still on and now have enough to do the whole house.
