The ordering process was pretty painless and the staff on the phone were helpful.
When the amp arrived it was obvious it wasn't new and had been used.
I called to complain and was told its come from a shop floor and was ex-demo. They offered me 50 quid off or to return the amp.
I wish they'd just been upfront to start with.
Can't fault the amp or the customer service (I chose to keep the amp as it was the last one in stock)
