Sent an ex-demo amp passed off as "new"

The ordering process was pretty painless and the staff on the phone were helpful.

When the amp arrived it was obvious it wasn't new and had been used.

I called to complain and was told its come from a shop floor and was ex-demo. They offered me 50 quid off or to return the amp.

I wish they'd just been upfront to start with.

Can't fault the amp or the customer service (I chose to keep the amp as it was the last one in stock)

Thank for your feedback. I am sorry to hear about your experience and will investigate why you were not notified that the item was ex-display. This should have been clearly marked online - or communicated in store - so I will review why this was not the case.
