Good service let down by damage and missing parts

Customer service was good as they called to let me know the delivery would be later due to the weather and then because the items were out of stock. On opening the first box I found damage to one of the corners of the shelving units and three of the four feet protectors was also missing from the pack. This was not a good start, however the units went together ok and the other two boxes had the correct contents in them.
Overall I am happy with the items.
