Although the ordering process was efficient and I received the product within 2 weeks as soon as I released that the produced was defective, the trekkinn response was non existent. I sent 2 customer complaints asking support, I was calling but the number was not responding and finally I completed the return form. It took 2 weeks to receive the return number.
In the meanwhile I return the product myself and ask the fraud department of the VISA card to cancel the transaction!
It was the worst web shopping experience
