Mainly good with some extraordinairy failings...

Most transactions go through with no problems but I have had 2 experiences where the clicks have failed and no matter how much you try and have it out with customer support, and back it up with times and dates, they just refuse to pay out...

It is wildly frustrating and time consuming...
