I ordered a item with next day delivery on a Monday ready to be delivered on Tuesday. Got the out for delivery message with a estimated time slot. No parcel arrived had to wait until today which is Saturday to get a email saying my time slot is 10am until 11am I contacted the people I ordered the parcel off at 1.30pm as I still had not received my parcel. DPD apologised and said the parcel would be with me ASAP but its now 5:45 and still nothing. It isn't the first time I've had items stating they've been delivered and not and the worst one was when they left my sons ps3 outside my flat door and didn't even knock just left it there. Utterly appalling
