Poor service and delivery time

After ordering a product 3 weeks ago, Trekkinn is still unable to give me an accurate date for the delivery of my order. If you need your order by a specific date, don't order from this company. I thought six weeks would be enough time but, it seems unlikely.

Also, you will have to contact them via email. I have called their US customer service number several times during business hours and their automated machine just disconnects. Good luck.
