We placed an order for a sofa on 24/12/12 in the sale & were told it would be a 4 week wait, which we accepted. We then had a confirmation e-mail saying delivery would be by 16/01/13 & we will contact you before then to arrange.
we were then told delivery would be by 31/01/13, which we accepted as has first been told to expect a 4 week wait. Then yesterday, 6 days to go, we got a bog standard email saying "sorry we've had to cancel your order" stating the reason as unable to obtain stock!!!
We ordered a month ago & only now have been told it is unavailable!! We therefore passed up several other sale sofas from other stores as we stupidly assumed our order would be fulfilled. I am wondering if stock will miraculously appear now the sale is over???
Appalling waste of time & dire service, a disgrace...AVOID!!!
