I always order from just eat. so tonight (on my wedding anniversary weekend) we decided we would try and order through hungry house. we knew excactly what we wanted so it took us about 3 m ins to place our order into the basket. it took a further 5 mins to finally get to the stage where we were sending our order to the restaurant. we received an email from hungry horse at 18:08 titled 'order pending' this continued until 18:56 when we got another email titled 'Warning: Delivery time adjustment '. it took nearly an hour to actually place our order and then a further hour and 10 mins expected delivery time ... this is a two hour and ten mins wait (so far i have been waiting 1 hour and 50 mins and still no food) i have tried to contact hungry horse several times and when you press option 1 as a customer the line just goes dead (hello get more call centre staff if you are having issues) so i tried to be cheeky and pressed option 2 as a restaurant owner only for the same thing to happed .... DEAD LINE ...... SERIOUSLY now and im no expert, but if you cant take the orders correctly and you cant staff a call centre to take calls. Then surely you should not be running a business let alone a VERY POORLY RUN ONE ..... i will never be ordering from you again and lesson learnt to stay loyal to justeat.com .... just so you know aswel, my order number is 2327781 .... A VERY DISAPPOINTED END TO A LOVELY DAY :'(
