Slow customer service and dispatch time

I placed my order on 12/1/13, it did not ship until 21/1/13. I had to place two expensive international calls as my emails were ignored. Was told that items shipped 21/1/13 and tracking email sent. I never received a tracking email. Sent an email requesting tracking email be sent again. No response. Sent an email advising of my disatisfication. Once again no reaponse. I placed an order on 20/12/12 which was received promptly, however after this second experience, I will think long and hard before I order from BCS again

Dear Mr Cloninger,

We are very sorry to hear that your order took so long to dispatch. Over the last couple of weeks we have experienced some severe weather conditions, which have meant that on occasion our couriers have been unable to make their collections. This, combined with an increase in volume of orders due to a shipping offer, has meant that our dispatch times have increased from our normal 2-3 days.

As for your communication with our customer services team; this has been investigated, and we have seen that all four of your emails (on the 16th, 17th, 23rd and 28th January) we replied to. It may be the case that these emails are being sent to your junk mail, so perhaps you could check here as this may be the reason you have not seen them.
