Pediwear Shoe Centre
Great service and great products.
I bought a pair of Loake Aldwych, but my pair of free shoe trees where missing. Turned out that i had made a mistake when placing the order. However, the staff at Pediwear was very helpful and have promised to send me the shoe trees with my next purchase. Keep up the good work!

Free shoe trees are only sent when the are specifically selected during the ordering process. Having checked your order I note that you have not selected the free shoe tree. Some customers choose not to order the shoe trees, so we do not send them automatically - only when customers select them.
Since receiving your review I have now added an extra reminder during the checkout process to make this clearer.
I will email you to make arrangements to despatch your shoe tree.
