Tried to get in contact with customer service as I was placing an order but it wouldn't accept my NUS number. Was on hold for 25 minutes and no one bothered to answer in that time. By the time I went back to place my order the item had disappeared from my basket and IT WAS OUT OF STOCK!!! I almost cried, i had been waiting so long for this specific item and I am appalled by New look's lack of customer support.
As a student representative I will be passing on this lack of customer service in my meetings as frankly I don't think anyone should waste their time or money.
Very unlikely they will respond to this complaint either seeing as customer service just doesn't exist at New Look!! Gutted!


Absolutely abysmal!

Paid a lot of money for my phone to delivered to me on a specific day. The delivery driver was in a rush so decided to leave my parcel ON A DIFFERENT ROAD and DIFFERENT NUMBER. Was absolutely mortified to find that a completely unknown person had signed for my very expensive package.
The delivery driver didn't even check to see that it was the right person signing for it!
Absolutely disgusted and almost had to get the police involved!
