Can't remember how I found out about Battery Force but for planned battery purchases they can't be beat. I had recently been looking for some batteries for my SLR and had asked BF to email if and when they got any in stock. Being a SLR and not a DSLR the batteries aren't that easy to get hold of. After about a month a got the email saying that the battery was in stock ... I couldn't help but think that they bought a 6-pack in as a result of my request (I bought 3).

Never spoke to anyone there but the way in which emails etc are conducted I'd like to think I'm dealing with an an skool company online.
