No Refunds. Ever.

Wanted to return the purchase, and they would not take it back. I'm left with a game I don't want. Their prices are pretty competitive, but my first experience with them overall has been very unpleasant. Won't be purchasing from them again.

Edit: In response to their comment, it is evident in their policy that they distrust their customers. I even sent them verification from the manufacturers that the game key is unused. Point is that I wanted a refund and they would not comply. My rating stands

You've placed only one order and asked for a refund after we sent out the key.
We can't do any refunds once a key has been sent out unless the key is faulty. You know the key already and could activate it anytime therefore you can't return it.
