While making an online purchase justoffbase's website said that international customers must just complete the online transaction and they will then be contacted about shipping price.
When clicking OK me credit card was immediately charged. I enquired about the shipping charges and as a reply was told that it is too much paperwork to send my goods to South Africa!
The money in my credit card was on hold for about a week by justoffbase while they refused to execute the order.
