I had high hopes as the company seemed high class, & the items offered were not cheap so i expected a good service. The service was dreadful but the sofa is gorgeous, so for me it's a very mixed review.
I had to email Denelli EVERY time for an update, my sofa was at least 3 weeks over due (waited around 11 weeks in total) but i had to ask them to find this out. There was zero communication from them unless i emailed or phoned.
When the sofa did finally arrive in their warehouse i had to keep ringing them to get it delivered. They promised me over & over again that they would call before 12 the next day but the never did. I was getting slightly worried as at this point they had all my money. I had to ring the delivery company myself to get answers...very poor. They really should improve their customer service.
On a good note, the sofa is gorgeous - smaller than expected but a real showstopper non-the-less. I have never seen a sofa so classy, it is also well made & the leather is lovely.
If you want good service then i don't recommend Denelli but if you want a nice elegant sofa then i do recommend them!
