My order was affected (lost) by all the snow, petfleas re-sent the order and arrived the next day - fantastic.

My order didn't arrive during the snowy period, i informed pet fleas and they sent a new order to me by recorder delivery to ensure that it arrived, it got to me the next day. They were very efficient in dealing with my order. Thank you.
