I ordered a bed and headboard from wearebeds and when it came it was dropped in my garden, breaking a wooden arch, the bed was muddied so my wife had it all sent back and let the company know what had happened. The van drivers blamed my wife for dropping it even though she had been nowhere near it. It then took endless phone call, at great expence and time (30 minutes+ on hold most times) to get another bed and headboard sent. When this finally arrived there was no headboard although we had previously payed for one. More endless phone calls and more expense and time, then we where told the headboard had gone missing and that they now had to get there money back through insurance and we would get a refund, finally after waiting weeks and more phone calls and a trip to the bank for advise about this issue they finally coughed up our money, what a useless team of people, I have never felt so hacked off with a company and I hope this is put up for people to read and hopefully be more aware of the bad management of this company and to keep their money in their pocket.
