I placed my order between Christmas and New Year and the only criticism I would have was the time it took to be delivered, nearly 2 weeks, but this may have been because of the holidays. The customer service team contacted me when some items were delayed and gave the option of dispatching what they had with the rest to follow, or to wait for the whole order. I received the delayed items earlier than they had advised and they didn't charge and additional shipping.
