The product I bought was great, a Samsung TV but the delivery was terrible. I ordered it on a 3-5 working day delivery service. The first time it was attempted to be delivered was 6 working days after I bought it though. This meant I wasn't in and I had to struggle to get it delivered to me. The courier company told me that I needed to get in touch with RGBDirect and they could grant me an extension so I could find time to pick it up in the snow, my father being ill etc etc... However when I emailed RGBDirect they said they wouldn't allow it.
I was lucky in the end as my builder signed for the TV but I'm just really disappointed that RGBDirect didn't stick to the delivery I'd asked for and made it really difficult to get the product I paid for. Such as a shame as they are good value. I will think again about whether I purchase from RGB.
