My entire ordeal with PlumbNation was one gigantic headache.
I placed an order for two taps and paid straight away, received a receipt. All fine...
Days passed, then weeks and i still hadn't received any info with regards to delivery (even though my receipt said within three days) i contacted customer service and got fobbed off, nobody knew what the hell was going on and i was left frustrated and without the products i'd paid for.
My bathroom was due to be fitted three weeks after placing the order which i thought was more than enough time, every time i phoned customer services i had to deal with the worse customer service advisers on earth, rude, poor attitude and absolutely no concern for me or the problem i was experiencing.
I eventually had to cancel the order because i was going to have to go and purchase the taps from else where, as per the T&Cs this should have been no problem, except every time i phoned and tried to cancel i either got put on hold for ever or hung up on.
I can't stress enough how much I would avoid Plumb Nation, go ANYWHERE else, but not here, they are an absolute joke. Bad communication, worse organisation and the most disgusting customer service.
